Our Story
We are proud to be a family business producing New Zealand's finest Mānuka honey.
From our 5,000 acre Ruatiti Station boarding the Whanganui National Park, we manage every step of the process - from hive to jar. Our bees forage on pristine Mānuka trees, and our honey is independently tested and UMF™ certified for authenticity and purity.

The Unique Mānuka Factor (UMF™) is the gold standard for authentic New Zealand Mānuka honey. It measures three key compounds - Leptosperin, DHA, and Methylglyoxal (MGO) - unique to genuine Mānuka. Every jar we sell carries a UMF™ grade you can verify independently.
